Trick Shot Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Trick Shot, including the Android app, web version, gameplay features, ads, leaderboards, hints, and optional purchases. By installing, opening, or using Trick Shot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Trick Shot.

These terms are intended to be practical and plain-language. They do not limit any consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

License To Use Trick Shot

Iggy Bing Gaming gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Trick Shot for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and any applicable app store terms.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or misuse Trick Shot, its services, ads, purchase systems, leaderboards, or related infrastructure except where the law gives you a right to do so.

Gameplay, Scores, And Leaderboards

Trick Shot is provided for entertainment. Levels, hints, physics, scoring, leaderboards, daily challenges, and other game behavior may change over time. Scores and leaderboard entries may be corrected, removed, reset, or unavailable if needed for maintenance, abuse prevention, bug fixes, service limits, or other operational reasons.

Do not attempt to manipulate scores, interfere with other players, abuse the leaderboard, overload the service, or access systems you are not authorized to use.

Trick Shot may show ads, including banner ads, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, or other ad formats. Ads may be provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob or Google AdSense.

Iggy Bing Gaming may change, add, remove, pause, or replace ad formats or ad providers at any time. Although ad settings may be configured to reduce inappropriate ads, Iggy Bing Gaming does not control every ad served by third-party ad networks and is not responsible for third-party ad content, links, products, services, claims, or availability.

Purchases And Lifetime Features

Trick Shot may offer optional purchases such as removing banner ads or unlocking unlimited hints. Purchases are handled by the applicable app store and purchase-management providers such as Google Play. Iggy Bing Gaming does not receive or store your payment card details.

Unless specifically described otherwise in the purchase flow, purchases are for digital features inside Trick Shot and are not subscriptions. Purchase availability, prices, taxes, refunds, and payment processing may be controlled by the applicable app store or payment provider.

"Lifetime," "permanent," "forever," or similar wording means the lifetime of the applicable Trick Shot app, feature, platform support, and service availability. It does not mean your lifetime or an unconditional obligation to maintain the app, a store listing, a platform version, a particular ad network, a particular hint system, or any online service forever.

Purchased features may be temporarily unavailable because of bugs, app updates, store issues, purchase restore or unlock problems, third-party outages, device changes, platform restrictions, account issues, or other circumstances. If ads reappear after an ad-removal purchase, or hints become unavailable after an unlimited hints purchase, the intended remedy is for Iggy Bing Gaming to make reasonable efforts to restore or fix the feature when practical. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iggy Bing Gaming is not liable for temporary or permanent unavailability, lost enjoyment, lost progress, lost scores, or other damages arising from those issues.

If Trick Shot is removed from Google Play, another app store, the web, or a particular device or operating system, purchased features may no longer be available on that platform. That risk is part of the purchase and use of the app, except where applicable law or app store rules require a different result.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play or another app store are generally handled through that store's refund process and policies. Iggy Bing Gaming may be unable to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by an app store or third-party payment provider.

Availability And Changes

Trick Shot is provided as available. The app, website, ads, purchases, leaderboards, hints, daily levels, online services, and other features may be changed, interrupted, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Iggy Bing Gaming may update Trick Shot to fix bugs, change gameplay, add or remove features, satisfy legal or platform requirements, address abuse, change monetization, or for other reasons.

Third-Party Services

Trick Shot may depend on third-party services, including app stores, Google services, Google AdMob, Google AdSense, Supabase, hosting providers, and device operating systems. Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, outages, limits, account requirements, fees, and technical behavior. Iggy Bing Gaming is not responsible for third-party services or content.

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trick Shot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, security, availability, or error-free performance.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iggy Bing Gaming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; lost progress; lost scores; loss of goodwill; device issues; service interruptions; ad content; purchase unlock issues; or inability to use Trick Shot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iggy Bing Gaming's total liability for all claims related to Trick Shot will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Trick Shot purchases during the 12 months before the claim or five U.S. dollars.

Some places do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those places, the disclaimers and limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Trick Shot at any time. Iggy Bing Gaming may suspend, disable, remove, or limit access to Trick Shot or any feature if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform compliance, service changes, or discontinuation.

Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Trick Shot after the terms are updated means you accept the updated terms.
